Striker Path v2.0.9 — invite your friends, emotes in chat, and cups with real people in them
Everything here came from what you told us. Thank you.
🤝 You can invite someone to your club, from the club
Four people reported the same thing in three languages: they could not find how to invite a player. They were right, and they were looking in exactly the right place. The club could list the invites it had sent and withdraw them — but there was nowhere to send one. The only way was to already be standing on that player's profile.
There is a search in the roster now. Type a name, press invite. It only lists people who can actually be invited, so no button fails after you press it.
🌍 The national ranking opens on YOUR country
A Polish player reported that Polish players were missing from the national ranking. Half right — and the other half is the interesting part: the players were fine, the ranking was showing the wrong country to everyone. It picked one before it knew who was asking and never corrected itself.
Now it lands on your country, and stops the moment you choose a different one. If you have no country set, it says so instead of showing you someone else's table — forty-nine players were in that position with no way of knowing why.
📋 Tell us what you think
There is a survey: what you enjoy, what frustrates you, what you would change, and what would make you stop. Nobody has to fill it in — the card closes in one tap and never comes back. It is short, and it genuinely decides what gets built next.
💬 The community
There is a Discord full of players helping each other, and the game never said so anywhere you would look. Now it does — on the home screen, at the end of signup, and permanently in Settings.
🛠️ Also
- Trying to buy the custom-face pack no longer points you at an app that is not out yet. If the purchase is unavailable it says so, and nothing is charged.
😄 Emotes in chat
Type :code: and it turns into a picture. The first ones are up; more will follow. Hover one to see what to type — hold it on a phone.
🏆 Cups with real people in them
Cups were running almost empty. Two thirds of every bracket was filler, and a typical one had two or three players against five or six bots. Three were taking entries at once, so the same handful who wanted a cup were split across all three — and one nobody had joined started anyway and ran eight bots against each other.
The players were never the problem. When enough of them land in one bracket it fills properly: two of the cups running today have seven real entrants and a single bot.
So one cup takes entries at a time now, rotating between the formats, with longer to sign up. One that still has too few real entrants is held open rather than padded out, and if it stays unwanted it is called off. There is a quiet gap before the next opens, so fewer cups genuinely means fewer.
Expect the Cups screen to look emptier for a few days. That is the point.
🔍 Rivals
The rival you are scouting now appears on the screen, next to the scout talking about them. He was describing someone you could not see.
The head-to-head record is gone. It counted matches between your CLUB and theirs — a record you share with every other member, most of it from a league system that ended in June — and presented it as a personal rivalry. Two rivals in the same club could not even have one each: they shared one record and only one of them got it.
🛠️ And the rest
- The survey's Send button works once you have answered anything. It quietly demanded five characters in the written question, so scoring the game and ticking the topics left you pressing a dead button with no explanation.
- The club crest in chat no longer hangs below its line and overlaps the club name.
- The game's entrance stopped playing over the blog.
- Articles read properly — paragraphs were breaking into pieces with gaps between them, and the second line of a bullet escaped its own list.
