⚽ The match, minute by minute

A match arrived finished. You opened the report and the result was already there, with a list of names passing to other names — which says who touched the ball and nothing about what they did with it.

The engine has always written down every play. No screen ever read it. It tags one-twos, dribble chains, switches of play, overlaps and dummy runs, and all of that was thrown away before it reached you.

Now the match can be watched happening. Press Watch it and it plays out at the pace of a match: the corner, the tackle, the shot, the ball hitting the net. The plays are named — a one-two reads as a one-two instead of two names and an arrow. And it makes a noise, but only after you press play: nobody's phone is going to roar in their pocket.

Skip is instant, not merely fast. Six fixtures a day is a lot of watching, and a fast-forward that still takes twenty seconds is the same trap with better manners. Pressing it puts the whole match on screen in one frame.

Nothing is simulated twice. The match was played out on the server when it kicked off and the result has not moved — this is the log the engine already wrote, read back at the speed of a game.

About the 2D matches: they are still coming, and they are a separate, much larger piece of work with an outside developer. This is not it and does not replace it.

🛒 The shop that stopped mid-sentence

A club president opened Club Premium and the panel simply ended after the feature list. No price, no button, no explanation. Another president saw the whole thing on the same page and the same build, which made it look like something about his account.

It wasn't. The panel worked out that it was a shop from one request and who was buying from a second, separate one — and when only the first arrived it knew he was the president and still showed him an empty space.

It now always says something once it is a shop, and offers another go.

📱 One person's traffic is no longer everyone's

The server allows a certain number of requests a minute and counted them per internet address. On a phone that is the wrong unit: mobile networks put thousands of people behind one address, so you shared an allowance with strangers and could be cut off having done nothing.

It failed quietly, too — whichever request a busy screen fired last lost the race, and the screen then behaved as if that information did not exist. Requests are now counted against the player.

📊 Bars with nothing in them

The club roster draws each member's power as a bar, and every row looked identically full: the strongest player and the weakest were indistinguishable. HVRIZON reported it, it was read as the bar showing the wrong number, and answered by relabelling it — which fixed nothing, because the number was never the problem. He reported it again a week later.

It was arithmetic. The bar was five pixels tall and drew a two pixel border, and the border comes out of the height rather than adding to it. That left one pixel of fill, which the shading then covered. There was no fill to see, whatever value it carried. Fixed everywhere a small bar is drawn.

🤝 Challenges that say why

Jasiek pressed Challenge on a friend, got "Something went wrong", and worked out in the same message that it was probably because they had both already played that day. He was right — and he should never have had to guess.

The button now knows before you press it. When your club has spent its friendlies, or it is a league match day, or you are still recovering from the last match, it says which one it is instead of firing into a refusal. Accepting a challenge explains itself too.

🎭 AI faces get the ink line

Faces made from a photo are drawn through a different path than the ones built from the catalog: they arrive without the black line every drawn face carries, and at whatever size the extraction gave them. They read as a soft photo sitting on an inked body, and the narrow ones left neck showing around them.

They now get the line, and the narrow ones are widened until they cover the neck the way a drawn head does. Faces that sit slightly off to one side are left alone — that framing is the photograph you chose.

🔧 And the rest

• The clubs board can be filtered by country.
• A guest can now sign in to an account they already have instead of being walked back into the tutorial.
• Chat opens at the newest message instead of at the top.
• Buying the Founder Pack now gets a thank you, by name.
• The date of birth is typeable on an iPhone — the field used to render its digits somewhere off to the right where nobody could see them.
• Club leaders are pointed at the noticeboard from their own screen.
• The FAQ stopped being wrong about the stadium.
