Borrar tu cuenta de Striker Path

Striker Path lo desarrolla Francisco Flores Lucena. Puedes borrar tu cuenta y sus datos cuando quieras, desde la app o la web, o pidiéndonoslo.
1. Bórrala tú (al momento)
- Abre Striker Path (app de Android, app de iOS o strikerpath.com) e inicia sesión.
- Ve a Más → Ajustes → Cuenta.
- Pulsa Eliminar cuenta y confirma.
La cuenta se borra al momento y se cierra la sesión en todos los dispositivos.
2. Pídenos que la borremos
Si ya no puedes entrar, escribe a privacy@strikerpath.com desde el email de la cuenta (o dinos tu nombre de usuario) con el asunto «Borrar mi cuenta». Te respondemos en 3 días laborables y la borramos en un mes como máximo.
3. Qué se borra
- Tu cuenta, nombre de usuario, email, formas de entrar y contraseña.
- Tu jugador, sus estadísticas, progreso, inventario, monedas e historial de partidos.
- Tus fotos de Custom Face y los retratos generados.
- Tus mensajes de chat, amigos, bloqueos y ajustes de notificaciones.
- Tus tokens de notificaciones push e identificadores de dispositivo.
4. Qué se conserva y cuánto tiempo
- Registros de compras e impuestos (fecha, producto, importe, número de pedido de la tienda) durante 5 años, porque lo exige la ley española. Ya no están ligados a ninguna cuenta jugable.
- Reportes y sanciones sobre tu comportamiento, 12 meses, para atender recursos.
- Copias de seguridad del servidor, que se sobrescriben en 30 días.
- Partidos que otros clubes jugaron contra tu club: conservan el resultado y el antiguo nombre de tu club en su historial; tu perfil personal deja de estar enlazado.
Borrar la cuenta no reembolsa compras hechas en Google Play o la App Store; consulta la Política de reembolsos. Todos los detalles están en la Política de privacidad.
Delete your Striker Path account

Striker Path is developed by Francisco Flores Lucena. You can delete your account and its data at any time, from the app or the website, or by asking us.
1. Delete it yourself (immediate)
- Open Striker Path (Android app, iOS app or strikerpath.com) and sign in.
- Go to More → Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
The account is deleted straight away. You are signed out on every device.
2. Ask us to delete it
If you can no longer sign in, write to privacy@strikerpath.com from the email address on the account (or tell us your username) with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm within 3 business days and complete the deletion within one month at the latest.
3. What is deleted
- Your account, username, email, sign-in methods and password.
- Your player, its stats, progress, inventory, currencies and match history.
- Your custom face photos and generated portraits.
- Your chat messages, friends, blocks and notification settings.
- Your push-notification tokens and device identifiers.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Purchase and tax records (date, product, amount, store order number) for 5 years, because Spanish law requires it. They are not linked to a playable account any more.
- Reports and sanctions about your behaviour, for 12 months, to handle appeals.
- Server backups, overwritten within 30 days.
- Matches other clubs played against your club keep the result and your former club name in their history; your personal profile is no longer linked.
Purchases made through Google Play or the App Store are not refunded by deleting the account; see the Refund Policy. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
