- NIF: 32732159P.
- Contacto: legal@strikerpath.com.
- Marca comercial: Striker Path.
- Ejecutas actividades fraudulentas, abusivas o ilegales.

Terms and Conditions of Service
Last updated: 29 July 2026 Version: 1.1
These Terms govern the use of the Striker Path Service. By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service provider
- Holder: Francisco Flores Lucena, individual self-employed professional (autónomo) with tax residence in Spain.
- Tax ID: 32732159P.
- Contact: legal@strikerpath.com.
- Trade name: Striker Path.
2. Subject matter of the Service
Striker Path is an asynchronous online football progression video game, accessible via web browser and via its mobile apps. The Service is provided "as is" under the terms described herein.
3. User account
3.1. Requirements
To use the Service you need:
- To be at least 16 years old. If you are under 16, you may not register or use the Service.
- A valid email address.
- Acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
3.2. Truthfulness
You undertake that the information you provide (email, username, profile data) is truthful. If we detect manifestly false information or impersonation of another person or entity, we may suspend the account.
3.3. Credential safekeeping
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions performed from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, write to legal@strikerpath.com.
3.4. One person, one account
Each user may keep a single account. Multiple accounts intended to gain competitive advantages (virtual currency exchange, artificial promotions, evading sanctions) are prohibited and may be canceled without refund.
4. Acceptable conduct
By using the Service you undertake not to:
- Harass, threaten, insult, or defame other users.
- Use discriminatory language based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, or disability.
- Share sexually explicit, violent, illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Impersonate another person, brand, or institution.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or obfuscate the operation of the Service or interfere with its infrastructure.
- Use bots, scripts, automations, client modifications, or exploits to gain advantages not foreseen by the game's rules.
- Trade accounts, virtual currency, or in-game items outside the Service's official channels.
- Collect data from other users without their consent.
Breaching these rules may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, suspensions, or definitive cancellation of the account. The severity of the sanction is proportionate to the conduct and to its repetition.
4.1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive behaviour anywhere users can write to each other. Concretely:
- Filtering. Messages, names, club names, and mottos are screened automatically before they are stored, and content matching our blocklist is refused.
- Reporting. Every message and every profile carries a report action. Reports reach our moderation queue immediately.
- Blocking. You can block any player from the message itself. A block is mutual: neither of you can open or write in a conversation with the other, and you stop seeing their messages in shared rooms. You can undo it at any time in Settings → Privacy.
- Our commitment. We review reports of objectionable content and act on them within 24 hours, removing the content and, where warranted, suspending or ejecting the user who posted it.
If you believe we have not acted on a report, write to support@strikerpath.com.
5. User content
5.1. Your content
You may generate content within the Service: username, character name, avatar configuration, club crest, chat messages, reports, and feedback. You retain ownership of such content.
5.2. License you grant us
So that the Service can function (display your avatar to opponents, propagate your messages, present your club in the league system), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to host, copy, display, and distribute such content strictly within the Service and its operational communications. This license terminates when you delete the content or close the account, except as necessary for legal purposes (anti-fraud records, operational backups) and for the strictly necessary period.
5.3. AI-generated content
Some features (AI-generated club crests, facial portraits) employ artificial intelligence models. Output is offered as is, with no guarantee of uniqueness. If you ask us to take down a crest or portrait due to similarity with a brand or person, we will assess it and, where appropriate, remove it.
6. In-Service purchases
6.1. Products
Striker Path offers three paid products:
- "Custom Face" pack. A one-time payment. During the founder run, which lasts until 10 November 2026, it costs €9.99 (Founder Edition) and also unlocks the permanent founder badge. After the founder run it costs €14.99 and includes the Custom Face only, without the founder badge. From a photograph you upload yourself, we generate 5 cartoon portraits of your player. Generation is asynchronous: it takes around 15 minutes from the moment you start it. It is a permanent, non-consumable unlock tied to your account.
- Premium season pass. A one-time payment for one season; the price is shown before you pay. It unlocks the premium reward track of the season running at the time of purchase until that season ends, including levels you have already reached. It does not renew: each season is bought separately. Its rewards include gems and season cosmetics.
- Club Premium. A one-time payment of €4.99, made by the club owner. It permanently unlocks premium customisation for that club, which every member sees.
So there is no doubt about what we do not sell:
- None of them is a subscription. There is no auto-renewal, no recurring fee, and nothing to cancel.
- Virtual currency is not sold on its own. Gold cannot be bought with real money. Gems are earned in game and, besides that, only come as rewards of the premium season pass track; they cannot be bought directly. Neither is convertible into money or redeemable outside the Service. The same applies to in-game items.
If we add new products in the future, we will update these Terms and the Refund Policy before putting them on sale.
6.2. Who sells to you: merchant of record and app stores
There are two payment routes, and the one you use determines who sells to you:
- Purchases on the web (strikerpath.com). The merchant of record is Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as authorised reseller of Striker Path products. Paddle — not Striker Path — makes the sale, issues the invoice, settles the applicable taxes, and materially executes refunds. That is why the charge appears on your statement under Paddle's name, not Striker Path's. Paddle's own terms and privacy policy additionally apply to the purchase. Paddle's full registration details appear on your purchase receipt and in the Refund Policy.
- In-app purchases (iOS and Android). The sale is made by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own conditions, which apply additionally.
On both routes we use RevenueCat to verify the purchase and activate the unlock on your account. We never receive or store your card details (see the Privacy Policy).
We remain responsible for the product and its support: any issue with the pack is handled at support@strikerpath.com, regardless of the route you paid through.
6.3. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer resident in the European Union you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance purchase (Articles 102 et seq. of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, TRLGDCU). The "Custom Face" pack is digital content, and that right lapses at the moment its execution begins:
- As long as you have not started generating your faces — and within the 14 calendar days following the purchase — you may withdraw and we refund the full amount, with no justification and no penalty.
- When you start generation we ask you to expressly tick a box by which you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that, once the faces are generated, you lose the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article 103.m TRLGDCU.
The full detail of cases and deadlines is in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6.4. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. In summary:
- Web purchases: we authorise the refund and Paddle executes it as merchant of record. Request it at support@strikerpath.com.
- In-app purchases: the refund is decided and executed by Apple or Google under their store policy; we did not receive that amount and cannot reverse it. Write to us anyway: we can regenerate your faces, restore your purchase, or support your request to the store.
- Erroneous or duplicate charges: write to us within 30 days of the transaction and we will correct it.
- If you paid and generation failed, you may choose between a free retry or a full refund.
6.5. Catalog and price changes
We may modify the catalog, prices, and offers; in particular, the pack's founder price (€9.99) lasts until 10 November 2026; after that the pack costs €14.99 and no longer includes the founder badge. The price applicable to a purchase is the one in force at the time you make it, and changes do not affect transactions already completed. As this is a one-time payment and not a subscription, there is no renewal whose price could later change.
7. Intellectual property
7.1. Ours
Except for user content and third-party software components under their respective licenses, all elements of the Service (code, design, illustrations, animations, music, brand, name, slogan) are the property of Striker Path or those who have licensed them to the Service. We grant you no rights to them beyond the use necessary to enjoy the Service under these Terms.
7.2. Third-party
If you believe content within the Service infringes your intellectual or industrial property rights, write to legal@strikerpath.com identifying the work, your ownership, and the content complained of.
8. Service availability and modifications
8.1. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service available continuously, but we do not warrant any specific availability level. Planned (maintenance) or unplanned (failures, attacks, force majeure) interruptions may occur.
8.2. Modifications
The Service is under active evolution. We may add, modify, or retire features, adjust game balance (statistics, rewards, difficulty), and rewrite parts of the experience. These changes are part of the nature of an evolving service and do not entitle you to a refund of past purchases.
8.3. Service shutdown
If we decide to shut down the Service, we will announce it at least 60 days in advance and will endeavor to offer a reasonable means to download your personal data under Article 20 GDPR.
9. Suspension and cancellation
9.1. By you
You may cancel your account at any time from Settings or by writing to legal@strikerpath.com. Cancellation deletes your data within the timeframes and terms described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2. By us
We may suspend or cancel your account if:
- You materially breach these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
- A judicial or administrative order requires us to do so.
Where the cause permits, we will give you advance notice and an opportunity to remedy. For suspensions due to fraud or serious abuse, notice may be subsequent.
10. Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be error-free, that it will meet your specific expectations, or that the outcomes of simulations will be predictable.
The above does not exclude legal warranties applicable to consumers under Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the Service.
- Damages caused by content generated by other users.
- Interruptions due to causes beyond our reasonable control (provider outages, denial-of-service attacks, force majeure).
Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of: (i) what you have paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the event, or (ii) €50.
These limitations do not apply to damages caused by willful misconduct, gross negligence, or to non-waivable rights granted to consumers by law.
12. Indemnification
You undertake to hold us harmless from third-party claims arising out of (i) your breach of these Terms, (ii) your content, or (iii) your illegal use of the Service, to the extent the law permits such a clause between provider and user.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile when the consumer resides in Spain, and to those of the Service's holder otherwise. This clause does not deprive consumers of rights granted by their jurisdiction of residence under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012.
For online alternative dispute resolution, the European Commission provides the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Modification of the Terms
We may modify these Terms. For substantial changes, we will give you at least 15 days' prior notice via email or in-app. If you continue to use the Service after entry into force, you are deemed to accept the new version. If you do not accept, you may cancel the account without penalty.
15. Language versions
The binding versions of these Terms are the Spanish and English versions. Translations into other languages are informative; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
